Our Mission

At Lux Real Estate CE, our mission is to provide a full service, all inclusive luxurious beach front retreat in any of our exclusive properties to complete your required CE courses in a relaxing and fun environment with top notch licensed instructors on site. 

What's included

It's the perfect mix of professional development and relaxation. A certified real estate educator will lead the courses ensuring you're getting a top-notch training. CE Retreat includes 6 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 Chef’s prepared Dinners, snacks, beverages, and round-trip airport transportation. You will stay in a fully equipped luxury home with king-size bedrooms and private baths. We welcome groups of 8-26 Realtors. Plenty of time to relax or to adventure.

*Additional fees for non-inclusive tours and spa services. You work hard in your real estate career and you deserve a break. Prices varied for double or single occupancy.

During your week stay, enjoy  2 delicious native dinner meals prepare by a professional Chef onsite. Other nights are optional for local restaurants in beach walk-in distance.

Bartender

All your Beer and Wine is included throughout your stay. Just relax and enjoy a  Private Bartender to serve you. 

Luxury Accommodations

During your stay you will indulge on luxury linens. and room service every day.  Each home have a different set of accommodations. The majority are King Size beds and Private Bathroom.

Meals

All Breakfasts, snacks and waters are provided each day. 3 lunches are provided and additional lunches are optional and can easily be added. 

24/7 Exclusive Concierge and Security

The properties' professional full service concierge is available 24/7 and it will be your point of contact. The concierge will meet and greet you at the Villa upon your arrival for orientation and to add any additional services needed. Book tours, spa service, add transportation, etc. A private security is on site every night guarding the villas' surrounding.

Pick 15 to 30 CE hours

Make this a vacation too. You can choose to take as little as 15 credit hours or up to 30. The schedule allows you to pace it as you wish with plenty of time to relax, enjoy the country or just take a walk on the beach, chill at the pool.

Round Trip Airport Transportation

Your round trip transportation to and from the airport is included. If you need additional transportation, the concierge can be contacted to arrange it for you.

Airfare

Although airfares are not included, these are reasonably priced when purchase with 30 days prior. We suggest to arrive close to a 2 hr window between 12pm-2pm local time.

What to pack

Villas are equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, wave boards, all luxury linens, shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash, fully equipped gourmet kitchen and much more.

Your partner, significant other or friend can join you for the same fee as a real estate professional. They can enjoy the same extras during your stay and or adventure and schedule other tours and spa services. Fees are based on double occupancy. Inquire for Single occupancy rates. 

Yes, your bed and linens will be cleaned every day. Your room and all surroundings will be tidy up every morning.

Yes, The properties are safe day and night. We encourage you to always walk with someone else.There are plenty of restaurants accessible with a short 5 -10 minute walk on the beach. Every night, a security guard watches the properties.

As of May 2025, and with travel originating from the USA, you do not need a visa to travel. We encourage you to ask your travel advisor or airline representative when booking your flight to verify visa requirements.

Depending where you are departing from and if you need to make too many additional connections. For example: from Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport to San Jose, Costa Rica, direct flights range from $580-$700 round trip on non peek schedules. Round trip airport to Villas are included in your fee. 

Yes, The properties are fully stocked with large luxury soft towels, beach folding chairs and boogie boards. 

Yes. All bedroom settings will have a luxury private bathroom with exquisite toiletries included: Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash Gel. Of course, white fluffy soft luxury towels too.

Each guest will be provided with the opportunity to address any food allergies to the Chefs before each dinner is planned and cooked on site.

Pack what you need, but this is a very relaxing and peaceful place. It is beach front and we have a pool too. So pack your bathing suit and sandals for sure. There is a washer and a dryer in each home for your convenience. A suggested list is available upon request.
